This place opened a few weeks ago and I've been curious about it for a while because it was always packed! It's located in Nakameguro. From the station, make a left and keep walking down Yamate Dori for about...7-8 minutes. It's right after the Watanabe Entertainment office and before the crossing that has ministop/familymart (formerly am/pm). If you pass ドンキホーテyou went too far. Here's the MAP.

Went here a couple times when I was visiting Tokyo in December. I agree, good gyoza and very reasonably priced!
